Social media have become of a paramount importance for people and organizations interaction, participation, development and improvement. Social media are usually qualified as  interactive and communicative tool that possesses low-barriers to expression, engagement, and contribution to promote exchanges , relationships and sense of community among its participants. Professional wisdom and interest reinforce it as a non-do-without  tool among teacher communities nowadays.

Blogging is one of the most beneficial important social media tools  that  has proven its efficient usibility and usefulness as far as partners interaction is concerned. With participants concerted efforts, motivational williness to aquire or impart knowledge and experience, professional communities can improve their ever positively up going personal formation development.

Friction generates energy. Professional development happens when teachers intentionally  interact sharing their knoledge and experience for the sake of self professional enhancement.
